From Everita (For Class on Sunday):  I suggest that this week’s discussion topic is Egypt since quite a few of you have expressed interest in the topic in conversations and email exchanges. To make the conversation more focused I am providing three links to short articles I want you to read. In terms of broader topics, perhaps we can continue our discussion about the meaning and interrelationship between the concepts of democracy, legitimacy, political systems/governance, identity and revolutions. Many of you are writing your papers on topics that more or less directly deal with these concepts, so it should be a useful exercise to think about them more systematically.
